I usually maintain quite a healthy immune system. This year however, due to added wedding stress, my immune system took a nosedive. Starting in January I caught the flu, the common cold, and pretty much whatever else the person next to me had. When I went to my doctor in April for my annual visit, she found a vitamin D deficiency in my blood work that seemed to explain my week immune system. Her advice was something very simple: Take your vitamins.
I am, nay, I was, a firm believer that all the vitamins you really need will be adsorbed through your fruits and vegetables. Something along the lines of “an apple a day will keep the doctor away.” And while I still insist that’s a good place to start, sometimes we need a little more help that can be supplemented in pill form. Today I’ll be sharing my daily vitamins…
Stress Response. A friend of mine suggested Stress Response. I’ll never really know if it was the herbal supplement itself or if it was the mere suggestion of its benefits that caused me to become less stressed. But either way it really seemed to help.
I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my overall health ever since I started taking these vitamins daily.
I would love to know… Do you take daily vitamins? If so, what vitamins do you take?
